Morris Tambor has over 20 years of Executive Search expertise which includes experience with Deloitte & Touche and Deloitte Consulting, where he was active in Practice Development and Project Delivery. Prior to founding MTCG & Associates Inc. in 2002, Morris was a partner in a global executive search firm. Morris focuses exclusively on providing superior service to clients in a host of industry sectors, most notably Technology related companies, Healthcare, Major Manufacturers, as well as Retail and Professional Services companies. Morris’ functional expertise includes recruiting Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, as well as Finance and difficult to fulfill leadership requirements. His passion is unearthing top talent and hiring on the behalf of clients. His expertise includes assessing candidates for leadership competencies and core technical skills with the drive to succeed.
Morris is a graduate from McGill University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations. He has been a guest speaker in related Industry and Academic functions.
Stephanie Brooks, Head of Research & Recruitment
Stephanie has several years of recruitment expertise, which includes experience in both client and candidate management. She focuses exclusively on project development, candidate research initiatives including competitive mapping, as well as providing administrative project support.
Stephanie’s functional expertise includes recruitment within Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and difficult to fulfill requirements. Her focus is providing superior level service in supporting both client and candidate initiatives. Prior to joining MTCG & Associates Inc, Stephanie’s experience focused on legal recruitment as her specialized industry focus. She holds an Honours Bachelors of Arts Degree, with a major in English Language and Literature from Wilfrid Laurier University, along with a Certificate in Human Resources from Ryerson University.
She is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).

Access to electronic and paper files is limited to a need-to-know basis. Password selection criterion prevents unauthorized access on our computer systems, and shredding is utilized to dispose of all hardcopy information.
